Credit Card Polices:
Please note when an order is placed via the online store you enter your credit card at checkout. The total order amount is only “authorized” at that time. FAC will then produce each order, ship it out and bill/invoice the order in our system. Once the order is completed, FAC will then “capture” the credit card authorization and it is charged to the individuals card at that time. |
Return/Exchange policy:
We will accept the following items for returns:
- Products with printing defects or not produced according to order
- Items with manufacturing damage or defects.
- Items damaged in shipment
Because our products are a one-of-a-kind item created especially for its customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are produced as ordered. Please contact us at 402-592-7888 x 106 or send an email to office@faconline.com within 5 days of receiving your order so we may assist you. |
